Don’t Let Sleep Issues Disrupt Your Life!

If you find yourself feeling exhausted despite a full night’s sleep, experience snoring or teeth grinding, or struggle with issues such as sleep disturbances, acid reflux, hypertension, or Type 2 Diabetes, along with symptoms of anxiety and depression, undiagnosed sleep apnea could be the underlying cause. Sleep apnea is a serious sleep disorder that disrupts breathing during sleep and may contribute to these various health concerns.

Achieve a Restful Night’s Sleep Tonight!

When prescribed by a sleep expert like Dr. Kueckels, an oral appliance can enhance comfort and effectively manage sleep apnea symptoms. While CPAP machines are often used to keep the airway open with forced air, many patients find them uncomfortable. Oral appliance therapy offers a more comfortable alternative, providing a solution without the need for a bulky mask and air pump.

At The DentisTree, Dr. Kueckels offers a range of treatment options for sleep apnea, including oral appliances and lifestyle modifications. Oral appliances are custom-designed devices that help keep your airway open by repositioning your jaw or tongue. For some patients, lifestyle changes such as weight loss or positional therapy may also be recommended. An oral appliance for sleep apnea is a small, custom-made device that you wear while sleeping. It works by gently repositioning your jaw or tongue to keep your airway open. Dr. Kueckels will design and fit the appliance to ensure it is comfortable and effective. During your treatment, you’ll have regular follow-up appointments to monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments to the appliance.
